Seven Deadly Sins/ Murphy/ Flowers

Flowers have a language of their own and have been used to communicate since the Victorian era. The beauty and color have been used to symbolize many emotions. Where a red rose can mean love and passion, a pink rose can symbolize gratitude. Flowers can be easily used to demonstrate the seven deadly sins. For sloth I chose the Poppy, which symbolizes sleep. The Petunia represents anger. The honeysuckle has a sweet nectar that one can eat, which will represent gluttony. The daffodil, also known as narcissus would be greed. The amaryllis denotes pride. The hyacinth is envy and of course the red rose will represent love.
