Love how this turned out! I like the black borders, really goes along with the theme of the grid. There is a nice balance between squares that have a lot of writing (upper left, mid right, bottom left) and those who have less (the middle column) and then those that are more minimal (upper right, middle left and bottom right). I can tell that you put thought into it and it paid off.
The only sort of criticism I can come up with is the fact that most of these if not all [but] the bottom middle one are more.. mmm handwritten, I guess? As opposed to that bot-mid one that looks more like it came from a magazine or from a commercialized shop sign. It doesn't totally flow with the rest because of that, and because the calligraphy is white, not black like the rest, which draws your attention a bit more. Perhaps playing that one in the middle instead of the wooden one? But that's if you want to go back and change it for a later usage or something.
